No, not 1000. Just like the non-beta. I do modify the file and add some items, like the proper code for bullets, em dashes, true quotes, etc. that I can't always remember. I also plan to remove the common ones. I might even add in some CSS 2.1 properties. But this could all add up to more than 101.
