Hi Jan, OK, I totally agree with you about PSPad memory usage. In fact, I have done my tests with Process Explorer and it seems not to display the same values as Windows Tasks Manager. But, on two powerful and completely different computers (with a Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz, 512 Mo RAM and 1 Go RAM) PSPad takes about 30 seconds to close a 50 Mo file and 45 seconds to close a 85 Mo file after having done a files comparison.
