We are an IT consulting firm in MUmbai and have an assignment in Singapore, related to which had some queries: 1. What is the procedure of obtaining work visa and how long does it take? 2. What is the pay rate for a 7+ yrs exp resource? Do we have any reference from where we can have a pay rate guide? 3. What is the cost of staying in Singapore /person/month? 4. If anyone has prior experience of sending consultants to Singapore, kindly let me know the various facilities for lodging and other things.
