fruits enzyme recipe.
lst layer (bottom): fruits (ideally, cut into small cubes; if you are
doing grapes, cut the grapes into two)
second layer: sliced lemon (remove the seeds)
third layer: brown sugar
Next : same sequence - fruits - sliced lemon - brown sugar
Keep for 14 to 21 days and then pour out the liquid and store in the
fridge for consumption. You can also refrigerate and eat the fruits.
Tip: Make sure your bottle, fruits, chopping board and knife are very
dry. Wear disposable gloves when you make the enzyme. The PVC wrap as
mentioned in the attachment is not required if your bottle is air-tight.
