Things You Need to Know

(1) Your self-esteem is at the very core of your being. It
moulds EVERYTHING you believe about yourself.

(2) But if you have low self-esteem, it's not your fault. It
likely began with a "less than perfect" childhood in what has become
known as a dysfunctional family environment.
The past can't be changed; nevertheless, it IS PAST.

(3) Most of what you BELIEVE and ASSUME are your limitations
and shortcomings, and are most likely no longer true for you. So
stop holding on to them! There are positive and powerful ways to
banish them from your life.

(4) However, low self-esteem does not "just go away."

(5) Low self esteem is the source of your negative thinking,
procrastination, lack of motivation -- virtually everything that
holds you back.

(6) Science tells us that if you have low self-esteem, you are
more likely to get life-threatening diseases, and are less likely
to survive if you do.

(7) Science also tells us that with low self-esteem, your
brain WILL shrink up to 20% over time, and your learning and memory
WILL become impaired.

(8) You WILL "pass this along" to your children. The way you
think and react to situations in life will impact on their
development. You are their first mentor, and teach them how to view
their own potentials. Such teachings are based on your own self-
esteem.

(9) Any change in your life conditions must begin with a change
to your self-esteem -- with how you view yourself, and the world
around you.

(10) Here's the neurological fact: The more you like yourself,
the more you will accomplish, and the smarter and healthier you will
be.

How do you recognize if your life is being limited by feeble
sense of worth? You identify a lack of self-esteem if every time you
want to try something new, a persistent critical voice rises up from
your subconscious mind, and announces that you're going to fail. If
you're failing to reach your life goals, there's a 99% probability
the culprit is your self-worth, and if you tend to procrastinate, or
you lack the BELIEF you can improve your life, that's also low self-
esteem at work.
Unless something changes, you'll continue to be exactly who
you
are today for the rest of your life and if you are not moving
forward, you are regressing, and you will continue to have the same
self-limiting problems.

You can change; the choice is yours!
