DIVIDEND UPDATE

Dear Investor,
Thank you for your investment in Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund.
We are pleased to announce a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per unit on face value
of Rs. 10 per unit in Kotak Mid-Cap*. The record date for the dividend is
February 19, 2010. The NAV of the dividend option of the scheme as on February
10, 2010 was Rs. 16.059 per unit.
*Dividend distribution is subject to the availability and adequacy of
distributable surplus. Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the Dividend
Option of the Scheme would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy if
any.

Investment Objective: To generate capital appreciation from a diversified
portfolio of equity and equity related securities.
