INTRODUCTION 

In a rapidly changing global environment where the competition is intense and 
the customers are more aware and demanding, 

Customer Focus is pivotal to all business decisions. 


Employees need to constantly focus on their customers because it eventually 
determines the path an organization takes to meet its destiny.

 

This workshop is designed to sensitize the participants to constantly think 
from the customer's point-of-view and contribute to finding ways of 
re-orienting departmental processes and suggesting initiatives which can 
sharpen the Customer Focus in the organization. 


This can be successfully achieved by inculcating essential Customer Focus 
skills and strategies like dealing effectively with different and difficult 
type of customers, acquiring salesmanship skills, learning to acquire new 
customers, developing long standing relationship with existing customers, 
measuring and maintaining customer satisfaction levels, actively listening to 
the problems of the customer, cultivating positive energetic communication, 
developing innovative thinking and projecting a winning personality during 
meetings with key customers.

 

Customer Focus thus aims to build the foundation on which an organization may 
traverse to create another differentiator in overtaking its competition and 
remain ahead.
