INTRODUCTION 

Is there a difference between a manager and a leader? A good manager manages 
his team to ensure that the tasks/goals of his team are achieved on time. 


Whereas a leader envisions and leads his team to success. A great Leader does 
not need anybody to motivate him to achieve his goals. 


He is the one who motivates himself and his team to the success. He envisions 
the goals and visualizes all the aspects that are required to be considered.

 

This workshop helps the participants to understand the difference between being 
a manager and a leader. It would also help the participants to learn the
