BGE patch: add support for GLEXT in MSVC project files. User must update
glext.h in SDK directory: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
2003\Vc7\PlatformSDK\Include\gl\glxext.h. Get the latest glext.h from
http://www.opengl.org/registry/
