USD Preview Surface export UI improvements.
Updates based on suggestions by Hans Goudey in his
review.
Made variables const.
Now calling uiLayoutSetActive() instead of uiLayoutSetEnabled().
Shortened the 'USD Preview Surface From Nodes' property name
and improved property descriptions.
