By default install to the user profile instead of Program Files. This because
right now the installer
runs in user mode, not elevated to admin. Otherwise users can't install to the
default which used to
be Program Files, which causes more problems than necessary. Although
unconventional location, probably
currently a better solution.
Network admins etc. can override install location on command-line. NSIS docs
tell how.
