revert part of r40800, btools.ENDIAN should be correct, if its not then that
needs to be fixed rather then checking on the platform.
./build_files/scons/tools/btools.py:68 - checkEndian() uses pythons struct
which knows the systems native endian and will work unless cross compiling
(which afaik isnt dont between different endian systems so far).
