Cloth:
- Triangulate Cloth Mesh for collisions
- Speed up collisions
- Remove EL Topo code
- Prepare code to incooperate El Topo self collisions (TODO next commits)


TODO:
----------
- Triangulation: Is custom data/uv preserved correctly?
- Use MPoly not tessface?
