VS 2013 Libs update (32 bits):
- delete dxguid.lib because it is included in VS2013 psdk (avoid linking to old
lib)
- Replace OpenAL32.dll and wrap_oal.dll with newer versions that run on Windows
8/8.1 without crashing blender at startup.
