Hi all, I've done a splash commit and upped the release number to 251.0.
Release builders can do checkouts now and build. Revision is 26970. If all's OK, Martin will tag this too. Builds you can provide me as usual, or put online in ftp/incoming/ Blender2.51/ I will then make it all available (also via mirrors) tomorrow.
