-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi,
after a few weeks without, here again a short update on our progress with Blender bugfixing and other jobs. Janne has been busy with smoke and pointcache, doing a rather large code shuffle related to point cache. As a result this should work much more stable now. Cloth pinning is now also fixed. Campbell has been very productive again with 23 fixed bugs, 2 closed reports and two applied patches. With 330 commits since Blender 2.55 Beta he is definitely the most active committer to our repository. pydrivers can now define custom functions through bpy.app.driver_namespace dictionary. UV layout export has been fixed. BGE doesn't crash Blender anymore when it's window is closed while still running. Dan Eicher's node patch reviewed and committed, Daniel Salazar showed nice automated setup done with this: http://primatefx.com/salazar/XCF2Blend.png . I have been very busy with our https://projects.blender.org site, working on the upgrade to FusionForge 5.0.1, involving a lot of database hacking and FusionForge hacking to get it all running. Getting very close to have it production ready, next week time to tie up loose ends and have a final test run before taking it into use. I'd expect a day's worth of downtime for SVN and https://projects.blender.org, but that'll be checked and advertised at due time. I published a screencast of how it is progressing on my blog (links at end of this message). I must say that having Ton also finally do bugfixing is helping us enormously. Right now we're at 91 open bugs! /Nathan Janne: http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/User:Jhk#Week_14_.2829.11_-_3.12.29 Campbell: http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/User:Ideasman42#Week_14_.28Nov_29st_2010.29 Nathan: http://www.letworyinteractive.com/b/2010/12/blender-foundation-status-update-week-48/ and http://www.letworyinteractive.com/b/2010/12/upgrade-of-projects-blender-org/ - -- Nathan Letwory Blender Foundation | Letwory Interactive http://www.blender.org | http://www.letworyinteractive.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJM+naQAAoJEKtfN7KsE0TtH7sIAKlbHpPyTRNb2AAKvmSBr2SZ RR6JC3C/VXI2HQY1Xgw2HXMrhqpeVOHZfCNl0b2V0WHKW5xqsddF/iDDR20A8onA SuoY1pYpxsIY7bjp/v+TzyEtrhcbjbhty0BbuAS/bBzR2sCdsEp+b8rxlHDvvsJB XBeE4ejtHsJ3nSK7RTqy+qHE3VQbMTBXD+Qo24PBd/CPnfLMGQQnpeVZn4apSlWo b1hatJ5041jXJSTJf2rF5MdZYSBWaJxu02HPeU6onK+pfn7TNJuk7u5KfHi8ebfY mm5vvLNLnUC0z/y230qGTpzwqL84rIvGkTmH/Bm/CRnhNCWHSLgJz7oj856fyHA= =+h3r -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Bf-committers mailing list [email protected] http://lists.blender.org/mailman/listinfo/bf-committers
