It seems like there is (again) an OpenGL drawing bug with Intel cards
[1]. The issue seems to be with GL_LINE_STRIP drawing in combination
with color changes during begin/end blocks, which messes up "shaded"
node lines (line from selected to unselected node). Similar bug has
been reported in the logic editor in the same ticket (no confirmation
yet).

I can't actually test this myself due to missing hardware (Intel
i915), would be great if a coders with this equipment could check and
confirm (logic editor only, has been fixed for nodes by using
GL_LINES).
