no, as i checked that before i compiled, and i specified the lib dir to it in
my config here:

CXXFLAGS = ['-D_SSIZE_T_']
BF_INSTALLDIR = '..\\install\\win32-mingw32'
BF_BUILDDIR = '..\\build\\win32-mingw32'
