@davidj I think your confusion with understanding his toggles might be the difference in modes - he is speaking about proportional editing in edit mode. There are now 4 options. enabled - o toggles between enabled/disabled disabled - o toggles between enabled/disabled projected - o toggles between enabled or projected[I can't tell from UI]/disabled connected - o toggles from connected->enabled or projected->disabled [Strange 3 way toggle]
