Hi all,

In case you use code in Blender that's not the standard "GPL V2 or later", it
might have conditions to add such a license in the binary distribution too.

In that case it should be added to release/text/ , just like Python-license.txt.

Let's use the format <project name>-license.txt for all these files. If it's
too many we can always collect them in a directory there later.

With Apache2 being used in Cycles already, it also makes the collection (the
binary, the whole of Blender) "GPL V3". Individual modules/directories in
Blender can keep using the "2 or later" of course, and remain valid under this
license.

Laters,
