Back in April, there were 3 commits (see below) related to getting Numpy
bundled with Blender, and since 2.67, it has been present on Linux versions
(at least X86-64), but it is still not available on OSX.

Is this an issue of each developer in charge of a different architecture
deciding whether or not to support it? Is there anything that can be done
to help expedite the process of bundling it on OSX, or are there more
fundamental limitations?
