Woops, sent too early. As for names -- they might be a bit confusing on the first glance, but they also have explicit comments on the bottom. This is just matter of getting used a bit to new name and tools. Functionality-wise phab is really awesome and it was best alternative to other things.
As for order of repos -- they're ordered in recent activity order. We'll settle with phab itself soon and it's repo will go down and stop confusing you.
