I apologize if i am doing this incorrectly,
but i submitted a small dif.

it gives users the ability to flip the y / x channel when they bake a 
tangent normal map. 

just wanted to make sure someone was going to see it,
i was asked to submit it to you guys from a blender group on facebook,
and i do so happily,
