I hope that 2.7x series will finally give us these time offset tools. Ideally, a time offset value should be available for each driver through the UI. And a built-in "paste driver with offset tool" for multiple selection should look like the add-on. Select multiple objects. Sort them in a list. Paste data path of property to animate for all selection or individually and iteate offset according to this list order.
Time offset ability is lacking to instances, too. 2014-07-16 5:03 GMT+02:00 David McSween <[email protected]>: > Have you seen the addon by Atom called Relay? > > http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?342659-AddOn-RE-Lay-(Cycles-node-values-relayed)-for-Blender-2-71 > it performs many offset functions already. > > > On Wed, Jul 16, 2014 at 12:41 AM, Patrice Gmail < > [email protected]> wrote: > > > > > This would be useful also in camera TrackTo constraint, where being a > > few frames late in tracking sometimes adds realism. > > > > > My ask is about time offset in constraints.
