Hey, After the recent update of developer.blender.org we accidentally have it read-only, meaning it wasn't possible to submit new bug reports or other kind of tasks.
It's actually more like a bug in the upstream which i didn't notice because was testing stuff from my account which had a bit more privileges. Anyway, it's all fixed now together with some other smaller issues.
