If you're talking about Utopic Unicorn, it's the actual stable release and won't be updated, unless for important bugs and security issues. Vivid, instead, is rightly synced with the Debian package in unstable/sid suite, that is 2.72b. Hope this helps. mfv -- Matteo F.
