Hi, that is interesting, the defines set in source/blender/makesrna/intern/SConscript clearly works, otherwise AUD_TYPES_H would be undefined, but the include paths seem to be wrong. Can you build again with BF_QUIET=0 and post the full log on http://www.pasteall.org/ please?
