I do have patches for self-shadowing ray visibility (crucial bit for shadow
catcher) and initial implementation of shadow catcher.

First patch can go in after we're done with 2.76 bizz, second patch needs
some reconsiderations. Basically speaking, i'm at this moment inconvinced
it should be done as BSDF. But ofr the details let's either talk in IRC or
start separate thread, perhaps in bf-cycles.
