as for win64_vc12 being 4.2G that's the compressed dir on the server which 
decompresses to a big 8.07 GB on disk, also mingw on disk is much smaller 918 
MB which means it should be smaller on the server! strange i wonder why it 
small on my disk?.

also hope someone update the mingw if they could, thank you.
