I have 3 basic modes of work. If I am working for someone and must get it done then I want something stable and bug free with no surprises. Stable, for me this is often the second edition of the release or at least one that has been out for a few weeks and is proven to work. Bleeding Edge, release candidate or new releases. If I am playing with my own stuff then I am happy to use something that might have a bug or too but is mostly worry free and has all the cool new stuff. Testing release or dailys. If I am testing or wanting to play with the newest features, even seeing before all the normals, a sneak preview, then I would be ok with lots of bugs and finding out how to reproduce them. -- Douglas E Knapp, MSAOM, LAc. _______________________________________________ Bf-committers mailing list [email protected] http://lists.blender.org/mailman/listinfo/bf-committers
