HI
here is 2 builds with the default config except no player, ge, osl, opensubdiv,
collada:
cmake+vc12       => 01:48
https://www.dropbox.com/s/03unj4x8xz3zp97/cmak%2Bvc12.7z?dl=0
cmake+mingw   => 01:08
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pbyyl1mpttkamwf/cmake%2Bmingw.7z?dl=0

The render speed differs greatly between vc12 and mingw, using BMW1M-MikePan
scene with nvidia geforce 660

40 second spent on sync and bvh in vc12! which would kill animation rendering
times.
