I quite like this plan. It may prove to be a bit difficult to keep track of the 
shifting meeting times, but if only joining two a month then it wouldn't be too 
bad. 

It would certainly make it easier for a lot of people to join at least the one 
in their region. 

I'm happy to chair the LA meeting.
