I think that a combination of both would be best. Julian's version is more easily scannable, due to the use of bold words. Harley's version is a bit shorter, which is also good. However, both use "here" as link text, which is horrible. If you quickly scan the text you only see "here", "here", "here", and then you have to search for what it actually links to.
