Here is a fix for Collada:

The Collada Importer did not import the Blender Profile information
correctly when multiple objects are bound to the same armature.
This caused Bone tails to be placed wrong.
I also tried to remove some warnings from the Linux compiler.

All together i made 3 commits:

4b891b40c218ef5f45706cbc4636a5333469dd1c (the main fix)
7a259d8422b9fd29fb9990269821fa64fc146a01  (attempt to silence warnings)
36d0ea3123743e675333e90c712c69d666fe5710 (2nd attempt to silence warnings)

If this is still possible then please can you add those fixes to the 
release?
Maybe also someone can take a look into the fixes to double check that
all is ok.

For testing:

- Create a rig with multiple Mesh Objects bound to it.
- Export the rig and the Meshes with "Use Blender profile" enabled
- Import the file back to Blender and verify that all bones and meshes
   are imported correctly (same size, same location)
