The plan is to provide a Python version of immediate mode, batched drawing,
matrix stacks, etc. similar to capabilities in the C API. Plus a way to
grab a plate / surface to draw on. I scheduled Python for December since
I'll be busy with Vulkan in November. Between now and then we can gather
requirements for the Python API.
