Hi Chris,

wiki.blender.org is currently only in use for technical documentation, release 
logs and design documents made by the various module teams in Blender. It's not 
for discussions or reviews.

I think you're much better off contributing on the reviews and task discussions 
on developer.blender.org.

It's also important to carefully read the 'get involved' section for devs:
https://www.blender.org/get-involved/developers/

And make a selection which team or module you like to contribute to. Joining a 
mailing list is a good first step. 

Assuming you want to help with UI, workflow or usablity in general - try to the 
bf-interface list. People active in that list often post design tasks on the 
developer.blender.org site.

(One of the main usability issues we should solve is the developer.blender.org 
site.
It's using Phabricator, a Facebook project, clearly not designed with users in 
mind. We need web devs!)
