Hi Chris, wiki.blender.org is currently only in use for technical documentation, release logs and design documents made by the various module teams in Blender. It's not for discussions or reviews.
I think you're much better off contributing on the reviews and task discussions on developer.blender.org. It's also important to carefully read the 'get involved' section for devs: https://www.blender.org/get-involved/developers/ And make a selection which team or module you like to contribute to. Joining a mailing list is a good first step. Assuming you want to help with UI, workflow or usablity in general - try to the bf-interface list. People active in that list often post design tasks on the developer.blender.org site. Like this: https://developer.blender.org/maniphest/query/K6UqPCe2wp_g/#R (One of the main usability issues we should solve is the developer.blender.org site. It's using Phabricator, a Facebook project, clearly not designed with users in mind. We need web devs!)
