Hi,

Updated Linux buildbot/release environment.

Technical details:
Backported libsndfile from testing to oldstable, meaning in CMake logs
it'll still be mentioned as old paths. I'm not sure how to test whether all
the expected things of coming from 1.0.25 to 1.0.28 were fixed.

Linux buildbot builds should already be linked against newer libsndfile.
