Hi there, This week we finished the planning for the upcoming weeks of the code quest: https://code.blender.org/2018/04/code-quest-planning/
The idea is to work with an initial soft milestone to prepare for the Spring team migration to Blender 2.8 in a few weeks. At some point after that we might merge 2.8 into master. The bug tracker re-opening should follow shortly - for testing of the areas already implemented. Also as mentioned in the blog post, the depsgraph task force will be announced at any moment, so stay tuned.
