Hi,
I get such requests like every month. I always reply that I can only
confirm that Blender is actually GNU GPL licensed software, and that
<link to license> is valid for Blender.
Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Just recently a school wanted me to
sign a 5 page contract for using Blender in their lab. I simply refuse
that - they draft such agreements for commercial programs that make
quite some money with it.
Schools and companies should develop policies for Free Software or OSI
compatible programs. I always friendly remind them of that.
If Skoda Academy has further questions they can always email me. I reply
all such mails swiftly and do my best to help finding solutions.

To expect anything else is simply bizarre. The central problem is an
employer that is
brain-dead, and the solution to that does not need to involve anyone else.
I wonder how
they are doing with getting replies from Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerburg, Jeff
Bezos, and Santa Claus.
