Yeah I think the confusion comes from how phab organizes groups which it has 
given the unfortunate name 'projects'

for instance the moderators project : 
https://developer.blender.org/project/members/1/

It be 'real bad' to publish the personal information of these people without 
their consent, hence the ask for clarification.
