Hi, For 2.93 release notes I created the initial skeleton following the current modules structure [1]. This is a follow up from the 2.91 incident "Sanitize Release Notes structure and process" (T82811).
I still think at some point we may need to deviate from that. Namely around bcon3, when the final release notes are polished, edited, prepared. This final organization is usually done by the release team. What I propose we do "differently" this time, is to reach out at least to the module owners when any big change is planned in the structure.
