I usually order from Thoughthammer or Boards & Bits. Sometimes Boulder Games.
All have reasonable shipping *IF* you order a lot. If you order one game at atime, then yeah, you'll be gouged on shipping. That's not their fault, it's just the way that pricings break down for mail order.
