Hey Jay, I've played about three games of it now on gamtableonline.com.
Where on the site can we report possible bugs and maybe make suggestions for the game? I had a problem with the Southern Revolt card also. When it was played by nixon, I think it may have added a Kennedy cube to Civil rights. I was Kennedy and already had one issue support in civil rights.
