I think you only need one.   I own BattleLore.  It was the first of
the bunch that I felt compelled to buy.  Battle Cry was cute, but
there are some cards that should be thrown away.  Memoir 44 is solid,
I play it when folks want to, but I've never been inspired to ask to
play it.  It is good though. C&C:A was a big disappointment to me.  I
didn't like the battleback system, the cards that allow you to
activate your entire line and there were too many rules for each
unit.  I really like BattleLore because of the Bold rules, they
encourage you to make fun formations, and little attack squads.  Plus,
the magic is fun.

All of these games are really lucky.  BattleLore has a consolation
prize for bad luck (which I like).  C&C:A gives you a ton of rules for
each piece, where ultimately all they do is read the dice differently.
BattleLore has diversity of units, but it isn't overwhelming.
