Three words... Dedicated Server Hosting  :)

Seriously, this is where one should perform a genuine gut check, and
asses the economics around this, for something like BGG.  Done right,
one should have virtually no downtime, even with hardware failures, as
such providers are equipped to deal with exactly this kind of issue.
