It was conspicuous for me, too. I was writing a session report, clicked "Preview" and edited it a bit and then, because I've been burned before, highlighted the whole thing and copied it to my clipboard. Then, when I clicked "Submit," guess what? Yep, that is exactly when I got the 503 error.
