I just received a copy of Australia in a trade recently, and it was brand new still in shrink. As I opened up all the components I came to find that the plastic pieces that are meant to hold together the windmill weren't in the box. Clearly this was not an issue I needed to concern the trader with, since the game and it's components were still in their original packaging.
So I contacted Ravensburger's customer service earlier today. About 10 minutes ago I got their response..."Thank you for your inquiry. The replacement pieces you have requested are no longer available since that particular game has been discontinued. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
