I just received a copy of Australia in a trade recently, and it was
brand new still in shrink.  As I opened up all the components I came
to find that the plastic pieces that are meant to hold together the
windmill weren't in the box.  Clearly this was not an issue I needed
to concern the trader with, since the game and it's components were
still in their original packaging.

So I contacted Ravensburger's customer service earlier today.  About
10 minutes ago I got their response..."Thank you for your inquiry.
The replacement pieces you have requested are no longer available
since that particular game has been discontinued.  We are sorry for
the inconvenience."  Great, now I'm gonna have to jury-rig a paper
clip or something.
