I'm keen to have rpggeek (rpgg?) for the same reason I like bgg - to
track my collection and to find information and reviews about existing
and new games that I have questions about. When it comes to rpgs, I'm
much more of a collector/reader than a player, although I did start
out as an rpg player way back when, even before I was seriously into
boardgames. By my best estimates I have nearly the same amount
"invested" in rpg materials as I do in boardgames, and that's a fairly
substantial amount. I have stuff ranging from the original D&D white
box up to the very latest Mage and Call of Cthulhu books, and lots in
between. I have copies of every time travel-based rpg that I know
of. I hardly play any of this stuff at all any more (just a
smattering of D20 Modern with my kids), but I still keep buying new
stuff that intrigues me just to read up on the mechanics and the
settings.

So I, for one, will be signing up on rpggeek.com the day it opens, but
I won't be leaving bgg.com either....

PS - Anyone have any thoughts on the new Mouse Guard RPG that just
came out recently? One of my sons is a big Mouse Guard fan and also
somewhat into roleplaying, so I bought him the RPG, but we haven't
attempted to play it yet..... :)
