It's to the kids game Break the Safe.  The D10 is used, if I remember
right, to move the security guard and the guard dog.  A badge/collar
brings them out of their office/pen, they move around a specific
patrol route, and if you roll the badge/collar again, they're returned
to their office/home.  The game is co-op with all players being spies
trying to find 4 hidden keys.  The keys all have hidden traps that
must be overcome before you can take them.  The players lose if they
haven't found the 4 keys and made it back to the middle in a
prescribed amount of time.  There's a digital timer with the game that
is set to different times depending on the number of players.

So yeah.  Short answer is Break The Safe, but I was bored.  :)
