I played a game and I'm trying to recall its name now. I cannot recall all the details and I'm a bit vague but here goes. The whole thing was set on this sort of island, but the island was broken into very regular shapes. There were some dice and we took turns. The game went on for ages, more than an hour and I won. We all had little wooden pieces and put them on the island in different places. I won. It was an economic game but there was no paper money, which confused me. I won. It was an American game and there were special action cards, but it lacked large amounts of plastic figures. In fact none at all. I did win though.
